Coach Hugh Felt and his Lakeland Eagles are making strides to the top in MHSAA golf. They have three juniors athat are making noise in tournament play and their scores have carried them to a win at Indianwood last weekend and also a second place finish. Lakeland has a very good golf team and I am sure they will continue to do well. The comment was for just one day. Lakeland will have to overcome both Rice and Catholic Central and be the third team. I think they could beat one of them but both will be a trick. After watching Rice last week, they will be tough to beat. You just need to be in the top 3 so good luck.
