Everyone,
As you know, I also cover sports (mainly prep) for the Oakland Press. I have three excellent stories featuring preps.
The first is on Jamie Stanton Jr. who is an excellent young man who excels at various sports while participating in them with one leg. Hopefully you will be inspired by Jamie who has a positive attitude while inspiring others. I would like to thank Bob Picot for letting me know about that story.
A second one is where we examined the three holes that will most likely decide the Division 1 MHSAA Golf Championship at Katke Cousins golf course in Rochester Hills, Michigan. I filmed Perry Busse, the head pro and he takes us through the course with the help of some prep golfers who were playing the course and they give strategy tips for playing the course.
Finally, we take you through the Oakland County prep golf season and recap some hilights and some expectations for the prep championship at Katke Cousins this weekend.
